NTB-National Tire & Battery at 6328 Avenue J, Galveston, Texas.

It is now1:17 pm...I got here at 11:00 am...I need 4 tires.. There is hardly ever anyone in the front lobby...I asked the gentleman how much longer it would take after seeing 2 people who came after me for oil changes leave. He walked away for about 10 minutes and came back to the front and did not even give me an answer. I had to ask again and he said they would start after this next oil change was complete. There is no sense of urgency. I did get a good price on the tires but this customer service will make me never return. So far almost 2.5 hours to get 4 new tires...wish me luck!
