What can I say about Sonny and the folks to do them justice.

I took my truck to them after busting a air bag on one of many potholes in Houston. I was able to drop off my truck and they called me the following day with the diagnosis.

The company who had installed them had installed the incorrectly. Galveston B& E worked with the company out of Ohio (the installer) to resolve the issue and get my truck back to me. It took over a week to get the airbags in do to the fact they had to come from Firestone and were installed by the other company.

They kept my truck secure and safe in the building while they waited. Once the bags arrived I had my truck back in a day. For someone from out of town and in a tough spot they cared for me as is I was a regular customer.

Did I mention the cost? Even though it was covered by warrantee from the other garage I was more than surprised by the labor bill and gladly paid it up front for the work and service they did.
